Equitable Development of Point Molate
Developed through a series of community workshops held in parallel to the city organized process for envisioning the future of Richmond’s largest public lands site. The sanctioned process was highly unrepresentative of the city’s population and frequently ignored equity and sustainability concerns. Through a series of workshops Richmond LAND (then the RCDE) developed this report. Key components led to the shaping of the developer RFP evaluation rubric for the City of Richmond.
